FAQ
Q. Where are your treatment rooms?
A. I have treatment rooms in the
leisure centre of the
Camden Court hotel in Dublin's city centre. There are
showers, changing rooms and free secure parking.
Q. Will I be exposed during a
massage?
A. No. Client's modesty is protected
and respected at all times. The therapist will cover the
client's body with towels, only uncovering the area being worked
on.
Q. I've heard about different types
of massage. Which one is best for me?
A. The different types of massage
are effective depending on your needs. The best way to find the
most effective type of massage is to discuss your needs with a
therapist. They will be happy to advise you. People also want
different types of massage at different times, sometimes to help
treat tired neck and shoulders, occasionally to treat an injury,
sometimes just to relax and de-stress.
Q. How often should I go for a
massage?
A. This really depends on your own
needs, which should be discussed with your therapist. Athletes,
dancers or sportsmen and women will have more frequent massages,
while other people will have a treatment when they feel stressed
and want to relax.
Q. Can I have a massage in my hotel
room or home.?
A. Yes. I will bring the special
heated massage plinth, oils, towels, etc. All you need to
provide is a warm, quiet space. See the
treatments
page for details.
